BEPS Multilateral convention

On 16 September 2022, Bulgaria has deposited with OECD its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (the Multilateral Convention). The Multilateral Convention will enter into force for Bulgaria on 1 January 2023.
